Jean-Pierre and Xavier are visionary leaders with a diverse background in transforming organisations on a global scale. Their unique approach combines in-depth sector expertise with innovative leadership methodologies, resulting in significant changes.

Jean-Pierre Thill

With extensive experience in leadership roles across Europe, Jean-Pierre has held executive positions in large international organisations as well as SMEs, in sectors such as automotive, steel, telecommunications, and logistics. His leadership expertise spans management control, sales and marketing, logistics, human resources, and general management. He has led organisations with revenues exceeding 300 million euros and has served on various boards of directors.

Jean-Pierre brings over 20 years of high-level consulting and coaching experience. He has coached hundreds of managers and facilitated the business operations of more than 200 executive teams, including executive committees. He is fluent in French, Dutch, and English, and has a good command of German.

His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Business and Consular Sciences (HEC), as well as certifications (Vlerick, Insead, IMD, Hudson, etc.) in leadership, coaching, change management, group dynamics, human resources, and business process re-engineering.

Xavier Lejeune de Schiervel

For over 25 years, Xavier has supported executive teams in securing complex transformations and sustainably restoring collective performance. After starting his career in consulting at Deloitte and Accenture, he held several strategic roles within large international groups before co-founding LeadScientia: “The science of awareful, free from fear leadership”.

His expertise spans the full transformation cycle—from strategic definition to operational execution—including governance, program recovery and stabilization, the management of complex stakeholder environments, and the leadership of critical initiatives (up to €60M).

He is regularly called upon to rescue struggling programs, reposition executive teams, structure transformation trajectories, or reinforce organizational resilience in uncertain environments.

He holds degrees in Marketing (EPHEC) and Management (Solvay Brussels School).

Alongside his client work, he has spent the past 15 years conducting in-depth research into leadership dynamics and organizational performance. The outcome of this work is captured in the co-authored book Cultivate Engagement – Leadership at Stake! (Published in November 2024)..
