Jean-Pierre Thill

With extensive experience in leadership roles across Europe, Jean-Pierre has held executive positions in large international organisations as well as SMEs, in sectors such as automotive, steel, telecommunications, and logistics. His leadership expertise spans management control, sales and marketing, logistics, human resources, and general management. He has led organisations with revenues exceeding 300 million euros and has served on various boards of directors.

Jean-Pierre brings over 20 years of high-level consulting and coaching experience. He has coached hundreds of managers and facilitated the business operations of more than 200 executive teams, including executive committees. He is fluent in French, Dutch, and English, and has a good command of German.

His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Business and Consular Sciences (HEC), as well as certifications (Vlerick, Insead, IMD, Hudson, etc.) in leadership, coaching, change management, group dynamics, human resources, and business process re-engineering.

Xavier Lejeune de Schiervel

For over 20 years, Xavier has been helping multinationals and SMEs with their organizational and digital transformations. Having started his career in consulting, he then moved on cross-functional management positions in several companies, before finally co-creating his own organization.

His scope of action is very wide and ranges from changing the governance of a Board of Directors, preparing a strategic plan to an SAP implementation, redesigning a product portfolio, or improving processes.

Alongside this career in hard transformation, he has also developed extensive skills in managing complex human situations (executive committee repositioning, new organizational structure, phase-out, etc.) and crises (relations with major accounts, supplier negotiations, unions, etc.).

Xavier studied marketing at EPHEC and then management at Solvay Business School. He is certified by SAP as a logistics competence consultant and trainer.
